Agencies, consultants, web designers, and customers who recommend us. You need a WeHearYou login to see your dashboard; a free account works.
How long does the link remember someone?
90 days. If they sign up within 90 days of their last click on your link, they're yours, even if they come back on another day.
What if they click someone else's link later?
The most recent link before they sign up gets the credit. Once an account is created, it stays with that affiliate.
When do I get paid?
Each commission waits 30 days so refunds can settle, then it's added to your balance. Balances over $50 are paid monthly by PayPal or Wise.
Does a free trial count?
Commission starts with the first real payment. Trials, and accounts that never pay, don't earn anything.
Can I refer my own business?
No. Commission is for businesses you introduce, not accounts you open yourself.
The short version.
- You earn 30% of what a referred business pays us, excluding tax, for 12 months from the day they sign up. Rates for individual partners may differ when agreed in writing.
- A business counts as yours if it creates an account within 90 days of last clicking your link, and no other affiliate's link was clicked after yours.
- Commissions are held for 30 days. Refunded or charged-back payments are deducted, including after payout.
- We pay monthly once your balance is at least $50, by PayPal or Wise. You are responsible for your own taxes and may be asked for a tax form.
- Say clearly that you earn a commission when you share your link. No spam, no bidding on "WeHearYou" in search ads, no fake reviews or misleading claims, and no referring your own business.
- We may pause or close an affiliate account that breaks these terms. Commissions earned by fraud are not paid. We may change these terms with 30 days' notice.
