The people at check in were very nice and professional as well as the MRI tech. The tech made me feel comfortable, helped get me comfortable and communicated with updates of how long the scans would be and was very nice and professional.

I arrived 30 min before my appt as directed the.n waited another 35 minutes until I was called back for my MRI. The one hour wait was frustrating. Because I questioned the wait I believe the technician was a bit short with me.
