I think that I must have been a little confused about the reason for going to Allergy Physicians of the Piedmont but I had a better understanding when I left.

Everyone I met on the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a very good experience for my 6 year old.

Felt like I wasn't being heard at first in describing my symptoms. It appeared that my comments were being finished for me.

This was my first visit and everyone was welcoming and very helpful. They took the time to explain what was happening and were not in a hurry to get me out. Dr. Scannell was super. She was extremely detailed about my allergies and answered all my questions taking as much time as needed to fully answer all questions. I highly recommend her and her staff.

Everyone was pleasant and professional. Everyone took their time and did not rush and was very thorough.
