All was good in the office. The Patient Portal by medfusion was not user friendly in filling out the initial visit forms: difficultly in logging in, partial entries would go blank if I clicked to another window for more info, etc.

I left feeling like my concerns were addressed, and my sensitive body was cared for. It is hard to walk around with so much discomfort and not have anyone understand or be in a position to help. Thank you.

Dr. Prenner was such a knowledgeable and kind doctor. I was feeling quite discouraged about my condition and after seeing him, I'm confident that he can help. The front office staff was very pleasant. Overall, very impressed with the office.
